L’emplacement vue en face du lac depuis le balcon. Les activités autour, (petite fête foraine, concert le weekend, nombreux restaurants avec vu sur la mer, et personnels vraiment chaleureux et accueillants. Proximité avec la plage de la Mata. La presence de wifi et smart tv avec acces applications de streaming (netflix, disney, etc....) Presence de machine à laver et materiel de séchage. Aspirateur, fer à repasser. Presence de materiel de cuisine, type airfryer, grille pain, etc, et ustensiles.
Le manque de casserole pour faire à manger. L’absence de ventilateur dans une des chambres. L’insuffisance de puissance du ventilateur mural dans l’autre chambre et le salon. Seule la climatisation permet de maintenir un niveau de temperature agreable et confortable. Il faisait une chaleur infernale le soir dans les chambres. Difficulté de stationnement au pied de l’immeuble, comme dans toute ville touristique.
