Very spacious and well equiped apartment. Had everything you need and more. Well located for Amtrak station, Civil Rights museum and short walk to Beale Street. Apartment is just off of main street and which has more bars and restaurants.

The initial greeting of the host. Questioning my concerns and being condescending. He did adjust his attitude shortly thereafter, but first impressions are everything. I took over 20 pictures in regard to the cleanliness of both rooms, 209 and 106. The dust in the rooms affected my allergies. For staying accommodations that a family or couple may be looking forward to, especially after a long trip (13 hours), the bedrooms we had were well below par, health-wise. The overall appearance of the property is acceptable, but the owner needs to take vigorous, diligent cleaning on a regular basis.
