Hotel Ashram View With Luxury Near Nizamuddin Railway Station

The staff was courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The check-in process was smooth, and service was prompt whenever needed.

Inexpensive Hotel provided basics such as dental set, shampoo, soap etc. Pretty okay for price

Firstly, staff barely speaks English, which can be very problematic for international travellers as it's almost impossible to communicate. Secondly, on my second (and last) night there, a group of young people was staying in the hotel and they were playing very loud music in their room at 1:30am, I had to call reception to ask them to resolve this (even though I'm pretty sure music could be heard at a reception). After that music stopped, but those people continued walking and running down the corridors, slamming the doors and talking very loudly. Finally, on the same night at 2am (!!) staff member knocked at my door which was very strange. He couldn't explain what he wanted from me, as he talked in Hindi, however I found it very strange and even disturbing, that he thought it was a good idea to come to my room at 2 o'clock at night without reasonable explanation.
