Eleven was highly rated when I made my choice of B&B near the Nizamuddin rail station in New Delhi. It was the perfect choice for me and my friends. We arrived in the dark on a rainy night, and the owner sent very detailed and helpful instructions to navigate from the station to this gated community. Andrew and staff greeted us warmly, and provided chilled beer and plenty of bottled water. The rooms are very large and comfortable, and the bathrooms were easily the best of our entire trip (4 separate cities). Previous guest reviews already raised my expection about breakfast, and it certainly did not disappoint. We were given (in advance) the choice of English or Indian breakfast, as well as choice of hot beverage. Food was served in a cozy courtyard, and it was a meal worthy of skipping both lunch and dinner. We enjoyed the meal and garden setting for a very relaxed hour before heading out for our day tour. The owner was very helpful in getting my postcards picked up and mailed (I did pay the postage), which reduced one more task from my last day in India. HIGHLY recommend this property - beautiful, quiet neighborhood with lavish furnishings for a very affordable price.
