The room I had is small but it has a chair and a desk which is important for using a computer. The kitchen is well-equipped. The locality is quiet and away from tourist areas, and there are 2 ordinary Spanish bars nearby that serve good cheap food. The metro is nearby too.
The rooms are a long climb up stairs and the lift is reserved for luggage.
There was a problem because the address was different from the one advertised, but this has now been resolved through the help of Booking. When you leave the building you need to lock the street door which people don't do, and of course when you leave the key at the end of your stay then you can't lock it, so anyone can walk in.
