Spacious, King Bed, w Pool Table & Brunch Below! 303

Perfect location, extremely well appointed apartment. The bed was AMAZING!

Location was good. Unit itself is very clean and welcoming, with modern touches throughout, good internet speeds, and relatively quiet for a downtown location. The only noise we heard, which was Christmas music playing in the Pancake house directly below the unit. It was faint, and only heard sitting on the toilet. Good in unit laundry, with detergent available, welcome snacks and a Brita in the fridge full of water were all nice touches.

Like many places like this though, it had a few quirks. Firstly, the bed in our unit was the softest (not in a good way) bed we have ever slept on. On top of that, it felt uneven, with the head of the bed 1-2 inches lower than the foot somehow, so we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. Anyone over 130lbs will likely find it too soft. The silver wear drawer doesn't open all the way as it hits the handle of another drawer about halfway haha. Not a huge concern, but an interesting twist.
