Great location, close to Marylebone Station.

This is my second time staying here, a lot of improvements have been made, new fan for the bedroom that makes so much difference than what he used to be, there are no keys for the flat, it’s been substituted by a modern smart lock. All in all a great flat! My partner and I enjoy the modern look to the bathroom too , great shower.

No tea or coffee , polyester bedding pillowcases were not good. The bedding the first time I went there was cotton and much nicer .

Konect estates is an exceptional company ! I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this accommodation near Baker Street. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and communicative—always ready to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel truly welcome. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and felt just like home. Everything was spotless and well-organized, showing great attention to detail. I also really appreciated the added safety measures—there were security cameras outside the building, which gave me a strong sense of security and peace of mind throughout my stay. Overall, it was a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The host was always friendly, polite, and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is well located, with easy access to public transport, including buses and the Underground. The apartment was reasonably clean, and although small, the space was adequate for two people.

Upon arrival, the locker code had been changed without prior notice, causing unnecessary stress before we could access the building. Later in the stay, the main entrance lock was also changed, which almost led to another access issue. The area is quite noisy, and the apartment has poor sound insulation. We could hear neighbours and street noise during the night. The bedroom also lets in a significant amount of light despite having blinds. The bed and especially the pillows were uncomfortable. The kitchenette was very poorly equipped, with no pots, limited cookware, no dish soap, kitchen cloths, or basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, and oil. This made cooking proper meals difficult, which was disappointing as we had planned to prepare some meals ourselves. For two guests staying five nights, the number of towels provided was also quite limited. Overall, while the location and host were positive aspects, the apartment felt overpriced considering the level of comfort and facilities provided.
