Mantenimiento a las albercas, distintas faltas de amenidades como papel de baño o bolsas de basura y un problema técnico con el baño

We liked the proximity to the beach and Quinta Avenida.

The pool area is nice but there are not enough chairs for the amount of guests that are there. Coming from Canada it would’ve been nice to receive better communication about the amenities and who was responsible for what. When we checked in the front desk did not provide any information because not their property and the person acting as the property manager was not very efficient with her communication. When asked a question she would be short and abrupt. We did not have hot water the last two days we were there, so we asked the front desk about maintenance and then she was upset that we asked them rather then worried that we had no hot water. As an air bandb property they should have a more clear description of the place as it appears as if there is direct access to the beach. They should provide a specific list of what is available to tenants so that travellers know clearly what to bring with them ( for example mention coffee maker or that there is no oven etc.)

The property was ok. Nice pool area. And staff. The location was good a few blocks from the main avenue.

Nice but old building. The trim was basic but the bathrooms were deficient. The water didn’t run fine in the showers they were completely blocked. And the toilet didn’t work fine. 3 TVs an you could use any of them since there remotes had no batteries. The air conditioner is old and loud. Bad sleep because of the noise. The staff at the property was nice but they didn’t help you with anything since they said it was another administration not theirs.
