Beware of the very narrow entrance to the road where the house is situated. The car needs to be small/ narrow to avoid damage. Consider parking off site.

The views and the house itself was very nice. The location was excellent. The town of Beer is beautiful!

The place was generally clean but not great. There was bird poop on the front windows and and spider cobwebs on the porch and inside the house. There was a lot of dust under the couch and saw dust on the black folding grate behind the woodstove. The assistance from the Sage company was very, very poor. They helped get us a missing garbage can that we requested in the second bathroom but refused to provide a drying cloths rack. The amenities listed on the house ad indicated it had a coin wash but that was not true. There were no washing machine in the house but in the neighbouring town of Seaton, a 15 min. drive away. The parking is possible but the drive in is very narrow. It can be done as long as people walk along with car. For the price of the place, I think a washing machine would be a reasonable item to have. To say there was a coin wash was very misleading. I also found the request of me needing to explain why I was visiting to be approved seemed excessive. We are a low-key group of seniors and hardly a risk.

Beautiful location, gorgeous property with everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. We felt very at home and the hosts were able to accommodate my 2 dogs last minute.

The only issue was a bit of confusion about the parking but this was partly my fault.
