Fale Seminyak - Brand New Modern Luxury 5BR Villa in Seminyak with Private Pool, Gym & Massage Room

Beautifully designed villa with high quality furnitures and amenities such as stand alone bathups with bath table, 85" giant screen with karaoke facilities, pool towels by the pool, large dining table to fit everybody and a full modern kitchen. Very luxurious, comfortable stay in a good location. Gated entrance to villa cluster just next to Naughty Nuri's Seminyak.

The location is good.. just around area where there are lots of eateries and shops. Although the villa is a bit inside but surrounding is clean and nice to walk.

We got to wait for a while before the hot water came up, the shower head are not able to adjust and they are not able to replace on time. The bathing soap and shampoo should be change to nicer brands to suit the nice villa.

* Sulis & the team were incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their hospitality really stood out. * The massages were amazing and the therapists were very skilled. * Great location — convenient yet still relaxing and peaceful. * Pool and gym were fantastic additions to the villa experience. * Loved that every room had its own ensuite, which made the stay so much more comfortable for everyone. * The Nintendo Switch was a great touch for entertaining the kids. * Karaoke setup looked fun too, though we didn’t get the chance to try it this time!

Honestly, nothing major to complain about — if anything, we wish we stayed longer to enjoy all the facilities properly!

We liked everything about the property - spacious, very clean, great amenities and great guest assistance. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms and living space are very spacious. Loved the gym and massage room
