Sandi Agung Villa Bidadari

The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered any queries in a timely manner. The villa was reasonably well appointed and comfortable. Special mentions to Alit (driver) and Sagung.

The villa was a bit dated and obvious mould on some of the walls. The water pressure in the afternoon was often reduced to little more than a dribble which was frustrating. The instant coffee was not very nice - it would be good to have alternative coffee making (e.g. to brew fresh coffee). Another recommendation would be either cable TV or a smart TV so guests could stream programs. There were limited clothes hangers in the wardrobe, and the wardrobe doors were difficult to open. I was able to get a few extra clothes hangers from staff but ended up going to the local supermarket and buying more.

The staff were incredible, breakfast is always made for you. Everyone is helpful and very accommodating. Food places is walk away, transport is easy enough through Grab or Gojeck. Great value for money.

Beautiful villa clean and tidy and central

A lovely setting that unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. We won't be staying again.

My son received chemical burns from the pool on the first day, so our stay was ruined. The staff suggested that he had sensitive skin. We have a pool at home and we stayed at other places with pools on our holiday with no issues. Water supply to the bathroom was unreliable, unfortunately at the most inconvenient times.
