Great location but be careful of scams and prepared for a dirty, unkept space that is NOT a 2BR.
The location was great - just steps from a public beach. Also, there is a nice gym, pool and ping pong table. There is also a little store on premises that has everything you could need (the basics). The front desk people are super nice. They were responsive when we asked for TP and towels.
First of all, the owner/manager tried to scam us. They tried to charge us hidden fees that were NOT listed on the Booking.com site. As soon as we booked (which implies payment), they immediately sent a message within Booking.com messaging with these hidden fees, such as a "welcome fee" and a "convenience fee." We were able to say no to the fees and were not charged, but it was a process. Also, when we arrived it took more than an hour to actually get into the apartment, the contact kept texting that someone would be there "in two minutes," and we had to leave our rental car in the valet parking for all of that time, so the valet put a large orange sticker on our windshield because we had overstayed the allotted time. We rented a 2BR with an ocean view, but were given a one BR apartment with an extra bed in the living room, with a parking lot view on the 5th floor. We complained, so they offered another, much uglier apartment, on the 11th floor, that was supposed to be a 2BR but was the same layout with a sheetrock half wall dividing the bedroom into two. We took the 5th floor unit. The walls had brown handprints on them. The bed had a huge yellow stain on the headboard. The mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The kitchen drawers were dirty, the handles were loose and falling off and the doors would not stay closed. At the end, they told Booking.com that we didn't even stay there, probably expecting this bad review and maybe hoping not to pay the Booking.com fee. There were no kitchen towels, paper towels or toilet paper when we arrived.

El depto esta mal equioado. No había noi un solo. Vaso. Ni un solo cuchillo …Los enchufes no andaban . Por está razón estuvimos un día sin Heladersa dhasta que vinieron a cambia’s (ídem el banio) no andaba ningún toma de Corriente en el baño … Tampoco me gustó que al pagar me recargaran un 5 porciento por pagar con tarjeta de débito. Esto jamás me pasó anteriormente !
