Central, clean and the bed very comfortable. Beautiful gardens.
Advertised an oven but not there. Made my choice of this accommodation based on that. Not a lot of kitchen ware.

The location was excellent for our visit as it was close to my family. As it was extremely hot while in Gisborne the unit provided Aircon and 2 fans. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good, coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, soap and plenty of towels were supplied. Parking was just outside our door. We self catered.
A mixing bowl would have been handy to prepare scramble eggs. A very minor thing. Apart from that it was great.

Location & facilities. Hosts were great, kept us well informed for our arrival with details of where to go, expected time of arrival.
