We had an amazing stay and will definitely book it again next time we visit Cape Town.
The staff was very friendly, they received us very well and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I had forgotten to print my booking ref for check in but a lady by the name of Kuda was understanding and welcoming, she allowed us to check in based on the whatsapp conversations i received from a different staff member, she understood that we had driven a 12 hour drive from Bloemfontein to Cape Town and we were very exhausted, she said we can then provide her the reference details the following day after we had rested, this was exceptional customer care service by far. She made sure that our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. We also loved that the premises are very secured and that there is a security guard at night. The security guard by the name of Cee assisted to pack our bags at 3am when we checked on on 3 Jan, this goes above and beyond the call of duty. This was very humbling and exceptional customer service. We will not hesitate to go back to Ayan accommodation because of the awesome staff, thank you.
We were driving an SUV car and we found the entrance to the gate was a bit narrow especially when we arrived. Kuda assured us that we will be able to park our car safely and that the space was big enough to allow trucks inside, which was true. After successfully parking the car on day 1,we were comfortable to drive in and out of the premises.
