The property was very clean and I was able to receive assistance as soon as I had a request via email
The key broke inside the locker as I struggled to open so I was unable to lock my door but it was safe so I didn’t bother to report it

I really liked how spacious and clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was good, and everything I needed was easily accessible. It made my stay very comfortable.
Everything was fine overall, but the Wi‑Fi speed and reliability could be better.
