284 is perfectly located for my needs. It has everything necessary and Hein was very welcoming and always available should I have needed anything.

We did not do breakfast, I needed an iron though and the host did not hesitate to provide me with one.
Nothing really as we were out most of the evening.

Central location; nice and small for a single person at affordable rates, especially when just needing somewhere to lay your head.
Didn't sleep particularly well due to proximity to a main road (not used to sleeping with this kind of noise); too much outside light was able to filter into the room.

The bed is not fit for sleeping, it needs to be replaced.
