"Nice, roomy, well furnished, comfortable apartment. Better than we thought it would be from the pictures. New interior, 2 nice bathrooms. Very near the historical center. Literally around the corner...."

Lots of space and a great position — everything worth seeing is within easy reach. The kitchen has everything you need to cook properly, the air conditioning works beautifully, and there's a large TV and fast internet.
The lighting is dim throughout and the general cleanliness wasn't up to standard — and with only a broom and no vacuum cleaner, there was no real way to keep the place tidy ourselves during a longer stay. We also saw cockroaches in the small outside courtyard. The bed was uncomfortable and the main bedroom is on the small side, and there's no desk to work at — a real limitation if you're travelling for work. The Wi-Fi is fast but doesn't reach every room evenly.

Nice, roomy, well furnished, comfortable apartment. Better than we thought it would be from the pictures. New interior, 2 nice bathrooms. Very near the historical center. Literally around the corner. Quiet street and excellent AC. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, glasses, plates etc.
Slight musty smell, which is fairly unavoidable with ground-floor apartments because of the original building material. Having the AC on helps quite a bit. The info about the wifi didn't work for us. We just used the QR code on the back of the router instead.

Ottima struttura in pieno centro a pochi passi a piedi dalla Basilica di Santa Croce. Spazi generosi e ben allestiti. Consigliatissimo!
