La ubicación con las vistas al mar.
La incomodidad de las escaleras, y que no se nos permitiera utilizar una sombrilla que estaba en la calle, para unas horas después del checkout.

Escaleras subir 2 pisos y muy muy estrechas. Para gente mayor, imposible.

The sandy beach is 100 meters in front of the house, we could see it directly from the window, which makes it very convenient to go to the beach, especially with small children. We also received beach equipment with the apartment (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels), which was very useful. We received a lot of useful information from the host before departure and during our trip they responded quickly to our inquiries. Villajoyosa is a very friendly, beautiful place from where you can visit e.g. Alicante and Benidorm by Tram L1. Try the churros at the local Chocolate Valor, they are simply divine.

La ubicación excelente. El apartamento perfectamente equipado. Un acierto lo de las sillas y la sombrilla.
Al entrar olía un poco a alcantarilla. Supongo que era el baño. Al ventilar disminuyó bastante.
La ropa de la cama me resultó incomoda y no olía a limpio. Parecía como si no la hubieran cambiado. Esto deberían cuidarlo un poco más. La ropa de cama blanca siempre dá mas sensación de limpieza.
