Appartamento con ben tre camere da letto (anche se manca un letto matrimoniale), vicinanza alla metro L1 che collega al centro di Barcellona, materassi comodi, climatizzatori (in una delle stanze e in soggiorno), macchina del caffè a cialde, frigo grande, buona pulizia generale.
L'appartamento necessiterebbe di un'imbiancata alla pareti, bagno molto piccolo, manca un attaccapanni all'ingresso, un materasso è stato foderato con un coprimaterasso in nylon per coprire delle macchie (ma è fastidioso dormirci sopra).
