Villa Elena, Apartment JAKOV - newly decorated

The property was excellent in every way we can describe, we’d say that it’s the best place that we lived through our whole 5-day trip. We found this place by chance because we drove by Primosten and we wanted to stay there but every stay was full and we found this place by a HUGE chance, we finally stayed in Rogoznica instead of going back to Primosten. It’s located in excellent location, closed to a quiet, clean and nice beach; also close to a crowded street with restaurants, shops and market. We like our stay very much. Its on the first floor and close to main street so its very easy to lift things to the room. The host also offers us free parking. The apartment we stayed is very clean, well-organized, well-equiped, quiet. The place is new. The facility is maintaines in good condition. The host is friendly and kind. We can’t find any minus point about this place that we even thought of coming back here and stay in the exact place in the future.

We can’t think of a thing that we didnt like about this place.

Smještaj je predivan, nalazi se u blizini svih sadržaja, izgleda točno kao na slikama i, što je najvažnije, iznimno je funkcionalan. Opremljen je svime što može zatrebati tijekom kraćeg ili dužeg boravka. Kuhinja ima dovoljno prostora i posuđa za pripremu vlastitih obroka, kao i pećnicu. Ostava je opremljena svim potrebnim za pranje i sušenje rublja, uključujući sredstva koja bi vam mogla zatrebati. U apartmanu nam apsolutno ništa nije nedostajalo. Vlasnici su uvijek dostupni i spremni pomoći s bilo kakvom informacijom. Sve je čisto, uredno i skladno uređeno, idealno za ugodan obiteljski boravak.

Jedini manji nedostatak je parking, koji je udaljen nekoliko minuta lagane, ali brdovite šetnje. Ipak, s obzirom na izvrsnu lokaciju u samom strogom centru, gdje je pronalazak parkinga prava lutrija, nemamo razloga za prigovor. Naprotiv, za svaku je pohvalu to što vlasnici misle na svoje goste i omogućuju besplatno korištenje parkinga na lokaciji na kojoj je parking ( a kamoli besplatan) praktički nemoguće pronaći.

The property was perfect with all appliances of a high quality and fully equipped kitchen. It was also a super lose walk to the beach (less than 5 min walk to centre of town also). Parking was off site but even then it was only about a 5 min walk away up a slight hill. Host was super helpful also. Can’t recommend this stay enough! Highly recommend :)
