Old Mill Holiday Home is located in Rogoznica. It's a former windmill, built in 1893, with 1 m thick walls that was newly fully renovated in 2024. The house is fully air-conditioned. It has 34 square meters, with two floors. The kitchen, dining, living room, and bathroom are on the ground floor. The bedroom is on the first floor. It's connected to the ground floor with a wooden staircase. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a single bed. A maximum of three guests can stay at the property. The property is located at the highest point of Rogoznica, overlooking the beautiful crystal blue sea, surrounded by pine wood and gardens. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy peace while connecting with nature. The property has a separate entrance and two outer terraces, one of which with a sea view. Guests can use a garden shower, a grill, and garden furniture. Near the house is a public pebble beach (about 100 meters away, 10 minutes of walk). Rogoznica has a great offer of shops, fish market, butchery, supermarkets, and markets. In Marina Frapa, you can enjoy the bars, restaurants, disco, live music, long walks near the sea, pool, and many other attractions such as Dragon Eye Lake. There are also many cycling paths, the possibility to play tennis, rent a boat, do boat tours, bowling, etc. nearby.
Public parking is 20 meters away from the house, and it costs 27 Euros for up to 7 days, 40 Euros for up to 10 days, or 54 Euros for up to 14 days. Once you pay for the parking ticket you can park everywhere in Rogoznica.

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in der Alten Mühle. Das Gebäude ist historisch interessant und mehr als ausreichend groß für zwei Personen (die Vermieter haben auf dem selben Grundstück direkt nebenan ein neues Studio Apartment hergerichtet, falls eine Familie, größere Freundesgruppe oder zwei Pärchen anreisen wollen).
Die Umgebung ist super, mit Parkplatz quasi vor der Haustür, eigenen Terrassen teilweise mit Meerblick, zusätzlicher Außendusche und Grillmitnutzung.
Der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und hat einen sanften Einstieg und eine Frischwasserdusche. Etwa eine Viertelstunde läuft man zu den steileren Felsen auf der anderen Seite der Insel, hier ist man ungestörter und kann Dank Leitern ebenfalls gut ins Wasser.
Die Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften ist ebenso nah, auch ein Supermarkt mit allem was man täglich braucht ist vorhanden.
Besonders möchte ich aber die superfreundlichen und herzlichen Vermieter erwähnen. Wer möchte, kann hier super (auf Englisch) ins Gespräch kommen, sich die Geheimtipps der Insel und Umgebung, die besten Restaurants und die Geschichte der Alten Mühle erzählen lassen.
Wir waren schon häufig in Kroatien und bislang waren alle Vermieter sehr freundlich, aber Tonka & Davor sind hier mit weitem Abstand ganz oben auf der Sympathieliste.
