Tranquilidad de la zona y de la propia urbanización, piscina muy agradable. Muy cerca de la playa, playa y chiringuitos sin aglomeraciones. La limpieza y modernidad del piso, con plaza de garaje. Hay supermercado a 3 minutos andando.
La playa está muy cerca, pero para poder ir andando hay que cruzar la carretera y no hay paso de cebra.
