Sehr ruhige Lage in parkähnlichem Garten mit Seerosenteich. In der Nähe Moor und Heide, Wald und Seen, Stadt Winsen mit ausgezeichnetem Eiscafé, Kirche, Bäckerei, Supermärkten, Restaurant Allerblick; auch in Celle ist man sehr schnelle. Im Haus optimales Heißwasser, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, großer Fernseher.
Ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig die steile Stiege zum Obergeschoss mit schmalem Doppel- und normalem Einzelbett; WC befindet sich parterre.

Es war sehr gut gelegen . Der Safari Park war sehr nah dran und sehr schön.
Der Fußboden war nicht so toll. Die Leiter zum Schlafzimmer ist birgt Gefahren .
