KUKI BEACH - Luxury Beachfront Villa in Ahangama

The villa is in a great location, close to local amenities with some really great eateries nearby (I highly recommend Mr Sunils Roti next door - the special roti breakfast is incredible and the a beautiful view to start the day) the villa is just gorgeous, tucked away behind a high wall and large secure gate, it’s extremely private. The room was spacious, light, airy, clean and well designed, incredible views from the balcony, its was super relaxing to lay in bed and listen to the ocean waves. Aircon 10/10. The pool was dreamy with an incredible view of the ocean. Sun loungers on the lawn are the best place to hang out on a sunny afternoon and just relax. Breakfast was simple and tasty, local fruit, buffalo curd with honey and granola, eggs cooked to order just how you like them. The staff were friendly and helpful with someone available 24/7. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again

The view is amazing

The beach is inaccessible, which is a bit deceiving g when a (beach front) is mentioned in the facilities Privacy is so limited as the windows are completely transparent with no reflection at the passage of other guests. Curtains are only blackout, no sheer curtains which means that you either close completely with no view or completely exposed. Cleanness could be improved Breakfast is very limited

Location is really good overlooking the sea a fantabulous view. Staff was friendly and responsive.

Could have been cleaner, only one bathroom for three people. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Too many ants in the room. Not all the plugs weren’t working. Definitely could have been cleaner for the price that we paid.
