The house looks exactly as it does in pictures! It is beautiful and cool in all the rooms with fans in the open upstairs area too! The staff were so attentive and Dilpesh went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We only stayed a day as we’re exploring Sri Lanka but we’re definitely planning on coming back and staying here longer next time.

The location is amazing, the beds very comfortable. Its close to everything but still very peaceful. I loved the feeling of sleeping in this villa, surrounded by nature, but still really close to everything.

The location is perfect, we were only a few minutes walk from Ahangama beach. The rooms are nice, bathrooms and the villa in general, just like in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and Dileep the Villa Manager was very helpful. He really helped us with scooter rental, dinner reservations, anything we needed. The train is really close to the property and you can see the monkeys swinging from the trees. It's an authentic cool vibe.
We only had 2 daybeds by the pool. Even though we mostly sat in the pool because it was sooo hot. I would maybe add 1 or two more.

The location is near the beach and nice restaurants. Also next to the train but that’s not a problem.
It is not at all as they say on booking. We had a rat in the house, no hammock or good places to sit outside. The villa is rundown. I complained they said they would come but they didn’t. It is far overpriced.
