Carmine è un ottimo host, simpatico, chiacchierone e disponibile, ci ha anche trovato un car rental locale che ci ha portato la macchina sotto casa. La struttura è bella e pulita, la camera spaziosa. Ottima la colazione! In strada gatti ovunque (per me è un plus)
Troppo caldo nelle aree comuni del primo piano, corridoio e, soprattutto, bagno, che in questi giorni caldi era una sauna. Non funzionava la tv, ma la giustificazione di Carmine era condivisibile!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Denis ! Sa générosité, sa gentillesse et sa volonté de toujours nous satisfaire étaient très touchantes. Tout était très propre. Nous le remercions encore de nous avoir amené à la plage sur son jour off. Nous reconseillons à 100% ce logement, vous allez vous régaler !

Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, Der Gastgeber hat sich Mühe gegeben und ein ansehnliches Frühstücksbuffet zubereitet. Das Zimmer war groß und das separate Badezimmer, welches von allen Gästen benutzt wird auch. Leider konnte ich bei Booking.com nicht erkennen, dass alle Zimmer ohne Bad waren. Ich hätte es sonst nicht gebucht.
Kaffee zum Frühstück musste immer erfragt werden und wurde dann vom Gastgeber lauwarm serviert. Nasse Handtücher konnte man nirgends zum trocknen aufhängen. Eine Terrasse gibt es nicht. Es handelt sich lediglich um so etwas wie einen Minihof von ca. 1,5 m × 2,5 m und recht dunkel und ringsherum nur Mauern. Es gab dort auch keine Bestuhlung, sodass eine Terrasse nicht zutrifft. Gespräch mit Gastgeber war nur auf Eigeninitiative möglich..
