Sehr Zentral und Ruhig gelegen. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus und separater Abstellraum für unsere E-Bikes. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Immer wieder.

Terrasse groß und den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zustand gepflegt.
Schalltechnisch hört man alles vom Mieter im DG. Selbst Stühlerücken ist ein Problem.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Couch hat ein kleines Gemütlichkeits-Geheimnis.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete FeWo, in der wir nichts vermisst haben. Mit elektrischen Jalousien und Fliegengittern vor den Fenstern für eine angenehme Nachtruhe. Ruhig gelegen und doch war das Zentrum bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Des Weiteren sehr netter Vermieter-Kontakt.
Die knackende Heizung in der Nacht und die Hellhörigkeit der zweiten FeWo über uns.
