The “Silvia” vacation home is located in the popular Herrenhof neighborhood in Greetsiel—right near the town center and just a few steps from the harbor. Despite its central location, the house is situated in a quiet spot in the second row behind the “Susanne” vacation home. With 70 square meters of living space, it features two bedrooms with double beds—one on the first floor and another on the upper floor—as well as a modern, naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor. The living area feels especially cozy thanks to exposed wooden beams and thoughtfully selected Nordic furnishings. A comfortable seating area with a sofa and armchairs invites you to relax, and the well-equipped kitchenette and dining table provide the ideal setting for shared meals or social evenings. In the fenced-in outdoor area, you’ll find a furnished patio for relaxing in the refreshing North Sea air, as well as a storage room for bicycles. The “Silvia” vacation home combines comfort and coziness with a perfect location for your stay in Greetsiel.
* Please note that the vacation home does not offer on-site parking, and access by car is limited. Brief unloading of luggage and bicycles is permitted. Afterward, a public parking lot is available nearby (Parkplatz West at the Ubbo-Emmius Elementary School on Okko-tom-Brook Street). One parking permit per house is provided free of charge*
