Apartamento Sea View Aguadulce

(1) Facilità di contatto con il proprietario Raúl, sempre attento a qualunque richiesta, davvero gentilissimo; (2) La vista dalla terrazza; (3) Facilità nel trovare parcheggio libero e gratuito e la sorprendente tranquillità della zona;

(1) La lavatrice non strizzava bene; (2) L'accesso al portone principale attraverso la app non ha mai funzionato; (3) La vicinanza alla spiaggia è ingannevole, in quanto dal balcone sembra a due passi, in realtà l'edificio è posizionato in mezzo ad un blocco di altri edifici che precludono l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia, per cui alla fine rimane più agevole prendere l'auto che andare a piedi; (4) Nel bagno suggerirei di aggiungere un altro mobile a parete per riporre i prodotti da bagno.

We stayed here for five and a half weeks, and felt very much at home. The location is surely amongst the best in Aguadulce, with a wonderful view to the west across the city and the sea from the balcony (the balcony receives all of the afternoon sun). Whilst on Floor 11, an elevator provides easy access. The building itself was quiet, with friendly occupants and 'concierge'. All amenities, cafes, beaches, etc are within walking distance, and the M-999 bus service to Roquetas picks up quite literally outside of the apartment. Access to Almeria and onwards is a short bus ride east (15 minutes). The interior is fully equipped with the typical, expected conveniences, all of which were clean, and in good order (the WiFi was great, allowing us to work remotely for half of our time without any problems). The apartment is very pleasantly decorated and furnished throughout, with a comfortable sofa and bed, and offers a lovely home from home vibe. Finally, the host, Mr Raul, was available throughout our stay, and tremendously warm, friendly, and helpful. This apartment is a gem on Booking.com, and unrivalled regarding location, price, comfort, host, etc.

I cannot think of any negatives.
