El apartamento es precioso lo recomiendo

Lo cómodo que era y las grandes vistas que tiene!! Además Fran es un gran anfitrión nos ayudó en todo lo posible y tuvimos su contacto siempre que quisiéramos para lo que fuera. Además te sientes como en casa :)

Fran is an excellent host who communicated well before our arrival and during our stay. His apartment is spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need and very comfortable. Positioned in a brilliant place for the beach, public transport, bars and restaurants. Thank you Fran.

As a whole the price is very good. parking out side the building was free and easy. Big super market next to the building. Beach is not far just about ten minutes walk. Good location and view from the balcony. Air conditioner was good.

It took us some time to know the location and reach the building and its entrance gate while we were moving around it due to language communication problem. The lady showed us the flat and gave us a contract from three pages in Spanish one copy signed from her company and the other is not , and we signed both copies and she gave us the copy which is not signed by them ?!! we do not understand or know what is in it and i think Booking should know about this and inform them to make copies in English language for foreigners if it is ever needed. living room not bad but need renovation and more cleaning. balcony needs A lot of cleaning. kitchen is good equipped but you have to bring all the materials for cocking . Also you have to arrange and bring with you the materials needed for washing machine and the dish washer. Bath room is not bad but bring your towels and Kleenex. be aware that it needs to bring many things with you if you plan to stay more than two days.
