Perfect for Paris on a budget!

Location? 10/10. You're surrounded by what feels like hundreds of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants—whichever way you walk, there’s something worth checking out. The whole area has a calm, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to settle in and just enjoy. The apartment itself reminded me of a student flat—basic but clean and functional. Having a washing machine and cooking facilities was super handy, and the balcony view over the area is a real bonus. You’ve also got the observation tower just a 10-minute walk away, and the World War II museum nearby—which, by the way, is free and an unexpectedly fantastic way to kill a few hours. It’s hard to beat that combo of convenience, culture, and comfort.

Paris on a budget? This spot nails it. 🔑 Incredible location that makes up for the 5-flight stair climb — not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but we adjusted. The space itself is basic but solid; chairs and side tables looked like they’d collapse if you breathed too hard, so we left them alone. That said, for a cheap stay in Paris, it’s a gem. I'd go back.💸🇫🇷

Emplacement au top tout à proximité

Déçue arrivé a l'appartement et voir que les lits avaient déjà été utilisé tout comme les serviettes de bains arrivé à 17h occupation de l'appartement très tard. Le propriétaire a été réactif tt de même et nous à offert des chocolats . Il serait bien de rénover l'appartement il en à grande besoin.

Lo único favorable es la ubicación y aún así creo que hay mejores con ubicación. The only positive thing is the location, and even then I think there are better options in that location.

Principalmente las escaleras ( De caracol) horribles lo más horrible está ubicado en el 5to piso y no querrás salir del solo pensar en subirlas. No hay ascensor. Las tuberías de agua sucia están tapadas, el agua del baño se estancaba se nota que tiene mucho tiempo así. Las sábanas olían horrible. Es un edificio antiguo q medio se mueve y se va a caer. The spiral staircase is awful, especially the 5th floor, and you won't want to leave just thinking about climbing it. There's no elevator. The sewage pipes are clogged, and the bathroom water is stagnant; it's clear it's been like that for a long time. The sheets smelled terrible. It's an old building that's wobbly and about to collapse.

Appartement très sale

L’emplacement. L’appartement est mignon au delà du fait qu’il est très mal équipé et sale , le balcon est très agréable lorsqu’il fait beau.

Drap et housse de couette des lits pas lavés , ils sentaient les parfums féminin pour un , et le parfum pour homme sur l’autre. Le matelas , les coussins et la couette sont dans un état catastrophique pas hygiénique du tout. Sommier du lit de la chambre cassé donc lorsque l’ont dort on est sur le côté et ça donne des crampes la nuit. Évier , lavabo et douche bouché à la moindre coulé d’eau. Ménage plus que douteux , beaucoup de vaisselles sales. Pas de télé et wifi durant tout le séjour.

L’emplacement est vraiment génial ! Proche du centre et tout peut ce faire en bus ou pour les plus courageux à pied

Tout !! Super crade une honte de louer un appartement pareil du moisis dans la douche des trace qui ressemble à des défections non lavé sur les rideaux. Toute la vaisselle sale et un torchon dans la cuisine plus que douteux. Les lit n’en parlons meme pas. Quand on s’est allongé sur le lit il s’est écroulé.

Ubicación perfecta. Muy cerca del metro y la calle con tiendas, restaurantes, supermercados.

Muy sucio. No cambiaron las sábanas del anterior inquilino, había pelos y las almohadas con manchas. El baño asqueroso, lavabo manchado, la ducha con restos de jabón. Y la cocina igual...No lo habían limpiado. Muy mal cuidado, todo roto: muebles, ventanas, pared desconchada.Muy mal atendido por el personal del hotel donde fuimos a recoger las llaves. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Llevábamos mucha ilusión y se nos fue al ver el apartamento.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig runtergewirtschaftet und müsste normalerweise vollständig renoviert werden. Es gibt keine Schränke oder sonstige Staufläche. Diverse Gegenstände sind kaputt und müssen eigentlich erneuert werden.

l'appartement est SALE, mal entretenu salle de bain sale et je ne parle même pas des WC (beurk beurk), Nous avons loué pour 5 = 4 assiettes - vaisselle hétéroclite et inadaptée ! Nous avons relavé les draps du petit lit ! TOUS les sièges sont cassés. et impossible de se connecter à internet, pas de TV - pas d'ordi - pas de téléphone !!!!!! EN PLUS AU 5ème ETAGE SANS ASCENSEUR SANS PREVENIR LE LOCATAIRE AVANT avec une personne un peu handicapée quelle galère !
