The location is well hidden and quiet, especially during the week when I stayed there with my father, it's very close to Jay Peak, and it's deep in the Northern Kingdom during the off season which means not a lot of tourists.
This doesn't detract from my experience but I'm concerned about the Japanese Knotweed on the property, that's going to worm it's way into the building's foundations and cause serious issues if it's left unchecked. I know this stuff is invasive and very tenacious, but it's imperative that you get a handle on it before the house suffers structural damage.
