Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich gegenüber, ebenso ein Einkaufsmarkt mit Bäcker. Mehrere Gaststätten sind fußläufig erreichbar und Loschwitz am Elbhang hat sein eigenes Flair.
Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. Der Schlafbereich hat kein Fenster.

Wie immer Alles im Lot ! Dresden ist unsere Heimat und wir fühlen uns immer gut aufgehoben hier.Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe und wir sind gern hier.

Top Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. CheckIn und Kontakt zum Vermieter waren super. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Die Betten in dem Zimmer ohne Fenster sind etwas unbequem. Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass die Wohnung ebenerdig und aus dem Grund etwas dunkel ist (wenig Tageslicht außerhalb vom Hochsommer). Aber trotzdem jederzeit gern wieder.
