Clean and convenient with thoughtful touches
Bare concrete walls, no insulation means in winter ac has to work to maintain temperature.

地方から新幹線で東京駅に着いたので、東京駅から乗り換え無し（京浜東北線）で行けるのはとても良かった。
スーパー・コンビニ・ドラックストア・飲食店など近くにあり、夜は静かで快適にすごせました。
宿泊施設が高騰している今、お安く泊まることができました。ありがとうございます。
部屋に入るために暗証番号を押すのですが、番号が見えにくい（ほぼ真っ黒）。見えやすく色を塗るなり、改善してほしい。

The place is very clean and has complete amenities. We were very comfortable and we love the vibe of the community because it is very quiet and very laidback which is what we really prefer. Convenience stores and restaurants are within the vicinity of the property and we have no problem where to eat or buy the things we need.
I really there was an elevator/ lift. Climbing the stairs to the 4th floor after a days worth of walking and roaming around Tokyo can be very tiring.
