A quiet street in the suburb of Port Willunga. A short walk to the beach. Nicely fitted out room.

No view or garden

It was conveniently located close to the beach, it was clean, comfortable and well put together,

It over promised and under delivered. It’s essentially a hotel room. There is no stove or oven, just an cooker in the drawer and a microwave. There’s not even a simple coffee maker, just the standard sachets and kettle that you get in a cheap hotel room. The ethos of the place is based on being stingy - signs about the use of tea bags or sugar sachets will mean higher prices for other people. Not very welcoming. The outdoor area is a small deck with two chairs looking into a dirt courtyard and tall fences. The owners live on the premises and they entered our property without notice while we were away. People who are this tight with money and have trust issues, should not be in the rental industry.

Clean, near-new granny flat. Nice bathroom.

The property has video surveillance on the front deck. As this is the only space to sit at the property, all conversations are I assume being recorded by the owner. I found this completely unacceptable.
