Property was very simple with all needs met location for us was as good as expected the peace and quiet was a great advantage
Just being very picky the accommodation is single level but upstairs that's just me being picky walking upstairs to the living area is easy enough

Big fridge, outside deck, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, showers good, spacious, selection of games, elevated views, saw dolphins, saw Tour down under go by, beach and water fantastic in hot weather.
No hair dryer, saggy uncomfortable couches, only one of the 2 adult bedrooms had a comfortable bed, air conditioner worked well but it was difficult to control, TV need updating, NO WIFI for this price?, no rail at bottom of stairs

Location and size
There are rats around the balcony. I think from the abandoned house next door. Would like the security door fixed as a female staying alone with my daughters

Easy to find call and central to everything we needed cause everyone had a great time
no blinds or curtains in lounge privacy need a split system so you don’t have to go out and buy firewood also needed some sort of barricade to stop small kids from falling down stairway between the bedrooms Cleaning needs to be improved as there were spiderwebs on the ceiling/wall and tables and chairs outside were covered in bird crap
