The comfort and cleanliness of the house, and the location near restaurants and a grocery store.
The keypad used for unlocking the door did not always work. We had to call the contact, Sandeep, after 11 PM so that he could unlock the door for us remotely. However, he was very quick to respond. On other occasions we had to try several times before the keypad would activate.
