Отличное расположение,центр, рядом продуктовый рынок со свежими овощами и фруктами . Кухня норм. Ванная норм. Кровати и матрасы норм
Плесень на стенах. где-то была протечка. Квартира выглядит устаревшей из-за очень старого текстиля (заневски и покрывало хочется поменять на что-то более современное).
