The location was fabulous and the new windows kept it quiet even with busy downtown streets outside. The decor was fresh and modern and spacious.
The apartment wrapped around a central open space which was damp and had an odor that occasionally entered the apartment. The dehumidifiers and air conditioning and open windows on the building front fixed that.
