The apartment was new, clean and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable.
The building has filthy carpets. Owners should take care of it. Better pillows would make a long way to adding comfort.

One small suggestion: clearer instructions for the garbage disposal system would be helpful, as the door was sometimes closed. An optional cleaning service would also improve the guest experience.
