Excellent location, very clean, and luxurious apartment. We truly enjoyed our stay — everything was comfortable, well maintained, and beautifully done. Thank you for the great hospitality.
One small suggestion: clearer instructions for the garbage disposal system would be helpful, as the door was sometimes closed. An optional cleaning service would also improve the guest experience.

Efficient and smooth communication on checkin and checkout! Perfect location for us: easy for car pickup, walking distance to tube stations (Green Park and Hyde Park Corner), and short walk to Green Park and Hyde Park, as well as cafes, pubs and Restaurants. We even extended our stay as it suits us so well. Rooms are quiet, clean and tidy, beds are quite comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen (except for dishwasher) is very handy for making meals. Plenty cutleries and glasses too. We also liked the fact that windows and balcony door can be opened to let fresh air in, even though there's aircon throughout in the flat which could be very useful in the summer days. Also love the various (almost endless) TV selections on the smartTVs and great WiFi too.
Not much, we wish the shower waters in both bathrooms could be a bit stronger, and it was a bit difficult to get the desired temperature right.
