The location is great you are in the middle of every thing , the owner is so kind ,helpful, and trust you will find everything you will need .

In my stay there was construction work next to us so it was noisy

The Pros and Cons for this property are interesting. The Pros: LOCATION. We were so close to so much and if not, it was close to transportation to get where we wanted. Close to restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks and sights. COMMUNICATION. The owners or company were very responsive. They answered any questions in a timely manner and helpful. AMENITIES. The home had what was needed. Kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, towels, etc.

The Cons: LOCATION. It sits right behind a hotel. Trash and recycling was picked up during the night. I’m talking 2-6 am every single night and multiple times a night. It is loud. This is not the owners fault but thought light sleepers should know. This woke most of us up multiple times a night so not great sleeping. COMMUNICATION. I think the 500 pound deposit should be spelled out with all of the other costs, not a sentence or two in an email received after booking where it can get lost in all of the other info. This caused unneeded stress while traveling. I got the 500 pounds, ready to give the representative when checking in. The women checking us in, one told us she was the cleaning lady so I thought the representative would be by. I wasn’t going to hand 500 pounds cash to the cleaning lady with no receipt, she didn’t even mention it. I then received a message that I didn’t give the money as instructed and someone would be by to get it (maybe not intentional but the message sounded accusatory like I did something wrong). I skipped our plans at a cafe to be at the flat the next morning and no one ever showed up. The information should be clear. In one place it said you would receive your cash back at checkout. Other messages requested bank info to refund days later. Even if not, it comes across as sketchy. AMENITIES. It was “clean” but not “clean clean”. Lots of hair that wasn’t ours on blankets and pillows. I think the bedding was clean but it was the rough material that grabs hair. I wiped the counters before we used them. Not clean.
