striking wall colours in hallway but all 5 rooms painted white and were unusually large with comfy beds

Property needing love, effort, time and money to be spent before anyone could honestly recommend it.
Location close to centre of Swansea city centre. Views from rooms at the front of the house overlooking Swansea City and Swansea Bay are impressive.
This is a run down house with the vive of a cheap youth hostel. Tolerable for one night but a great disappointment is almost every particular. The property requires major refurbishment to the whole house before its welcome can match the wonderful views that the property's location offers. The house is being sold and I can understand that there is no incentive for the current owner to plough a lot of money into it to improving it. We were overcharged for the quality of the property, but it was a short notice booking. WARNING.... The access to the property is treacherous and there is no lighting for the path to the front of the house making you very likely to stumble in the dark. IMPOSSIBLE for anyone with limited mobility.

It was the worst BnB stay I have ever been to in the UK.
There was nothing to like in the place. The place is not in a condition to host.
Fire hazard all round the house. Fire exit blocked out by dirty bin bags. Iron nails and loose wooden furniture lying all around. Clamps of sharp objects clanging out of the bathroom. Kids got hurt because of this. Nothing was provided as promised on the list of facilities. No iron, heating, not even basic cooking stuff like salt and pepper. All the cooking stuff was expired and should have been emptied before hosting people or even putting this up as a property. This is not in a condition to stay at all. Strongly recommended for this to be blocked out of any reputed platforms like booking.com.

This property is suppose to sleeps 8 there isn’t enough plates bowls etc to feed 8 people The outside hadn’t been maintained for some months all very disappointing
