It was our first night of our trip and it was perfect! Clean, modern apartment with a great selection of tea and coffee. It was the finer details that made this a comfortable stay. The host met us to show us how to get in and gave us some good tips for places to eat near by. Would definetly stay again and highly recommend.
Nothing we didnt like, it was just what we were after.

Really good location, we could walk to pretty much all the main attractions. So many great coffee shops & restaurants near by too. The apartment was great - comfortable bed/pilllows, smart TV, good aircon, kitchen/fridge, really good bathroom with a great shower. There was also washing and drying facilities on the rooftop area, loads of items for making coffee and a record player/disco ball. was really responsive and helpful.
There’s no elevator so it can be tough climbing the stairs in the heat. Gap on door to the balcony so lizards kept getting in. Lots of rats around the entrance to the building.

The apartments are in a prime location perfect for those visiting HCMC for the first time. I didn’t use the kitchen, but everything was clean and up to standard although the floor could use a mop. It’s a self service apartment but you can request cleaning and top ups of the provided essentials, which is great. Communication with the owner was always super fast. Like a lot of stays in Vietnam the accom is pay upon arrival, so even though you secure the payment with your card you do need to pay a few days before your arrival. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here, and would recommend this accom to anyone looking for a great place to stay in HCMC.
The floor in the main room could do with a mop.

Beautiful room, super strong shower. So clean and comfy!! Good location and great hospitability with responsive host!! This was a really nice stay. Da Kao is a very nice area.
However I am a solo female traveller and do not feel safe staying in a walk-up apartment on Level 1 with balcony, as there is no reception and security. Just me! I know they have CCTV and very responsive on comms such as WhatsApp but I just wanted more.
