Very dirty place

Having lived in this exact alley for years, I booked two small flats at Greena House for a work event. It seemed like the ideal place to stay on a budget as I know the area like the back of my hand. Unfortunately, that is the only benefit. Checking in is easy given the instructions but there is never a person on site. I encountered numerous small issues to no immediate assistance from the company Cozrums. Their Zalo, Whatsapp and Facebook messenger QR codes are posted outside but they have Zalo functioned so that any call to them is automatically denied. You can only communicate by text message. They don't pick up to calls at the actual phone number, either. One of my two towels came with giant holes in it that resemble a Swiss cheese. Funny how the cleaning crew could be so cheap and dismissive. The real issues were trying to get back into one of the rooms on the last day prior to my guest flying. The door handle is electronic and functions with a card key. Ever since we checked in, the door would beep at the swipe and say "Door unlocked. Low battery". Well, the battery died on the very last day. Trying to communicate by text message prior to a flight for 20 minutes is stressful. No direct answers except "Someone will come soon." That someone was so welcoming that they drove up and walked right past us at the doors without even saying a word. No hello, no apologies for the inconvenience.. Yes, it was resolved, but it never should have happened anyway. That same evening I was about to go to sleep at 11pm. I was receiving a phone call from Zalo, and see a few messages from Cozrum staff. They had tried to reach me for a few minutes but couldn't, so they decided to call me. Why are they able to call me , but I can't call them? Apparently the local police were there to check passports and visas. No issue as I had already emailed mine to the staff days prior and all was valid. The staff on call asked me to go down and talk to them. Okay, no issue -- a bit awkward, but all is fine. Twenty minutes later, someone is outside my door. I open it to a staff member asking me more questions, about where my guest is. I already told them that she left but there is a doubt. It is shady that I have to answer this interrogation at midnight. This company is showing that they didn't file their paperwork correctly, or if at all. Instead they have the audacity to bother me at late night after many long days. I ask, "Why is it that I have to be here to help you, but you can't help me?" There is no reply. I then show the towel with giant holes to the staff member, and he tries to smile from the humor of it, but moreso his shame shows. I really want to stay back in my old neighbourhood, but the service this company offers is trash. If only I could get my money back.

I booked a room with city view, but I got a room with no viewing 😊. It smelled sewage and ants running around. No staffs available
