    Staff is very attentive and kind. Bong was very helpful when I couldn't get a Grab because it was evening and Grab was short staffed.

    The room and bathroom were both spacious, and the air-conditioning unit worked very well. However, the room itself needs significant improvements. The bed covers and curtains were dusty, which could be a concern for guests with asthma. We also noticed drain flies inside the room. The bed had an unpleasant smell, and we were unable to sleep comfortably because something on the bed caused us to itch throughout the night. The towels were also in poor condition, leaving us unsure whether they were intended for guests or even for pets. Another concern is the location. The inn is quite far from essential establishments, making it difficult to find transportation, especially at night, if you don't have your own vehicle. Overall, the place fell short of our expectations for a tourist inn. If you're simply looking for a place to spend the night, it might be an option, but improvements are definitely needed. I understand that we booked at a relatively lower rate compared to other accommodations, but I believe every guest deserves a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay, regardless of the price.
