The room was comfortable and clean. There are a few things to note: they lock the gate at some point during the night, but have someone there to open it for guest. That caught me off guard the first night. 2nd, the owners/staff own little yapping dogs. A bit much at 6am, as they cut through my white noise maker on my phone, though if you can sleep through the 15-30 minutes first thing in the morning you should be fine.

The owner is very accommodating, kind and considerate. The staff are courteous and attentive. The place is homey, comfortable and quiet.

I recently stayed here for one night. While there were some highlights, several issues regarding facilities and hygiene affected the overall experience. The Pros: * Great Value: I managed to get a significant discount by booking through the app (paid 3k instead of the usual 5k). * Friendly Staff: The service team was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. * Dining View: Having breakfast right along the shoreline with a beachfront view was the highlight of the morning. * Room: We stayed in a Garden View room. Note for future guests: there are no rooms directly facing the beach here. The Cons: * Overpriced Food: The food is a bit too pricey compared to other resorts nearby. For instance, rice is ₱50 per cup, which is quite steep. * Senior Citizen Discounts: Disappointingly, they did not honor the Senior Citizen discount for both food and accommodation. Under [Republic Act No. 9994](https://lawphil.net/statutes/repacts/ra2010/ra_9994_2010.html), elderly Filipinos are entitled to a 20% discount and VAT exemption on hotel accommodations and restaurant meals. * Parking & Communication: I ended up paying 200 pesos for parking that was a 3-5 minute walk away. I later found out there is free parking right beside the resort—this information should have been provided beforehand. * Animal Hygiene: There are cats and caged dogs on-site, but they need better care. There was dog poop right at the entrance, and the cages along the hallway to the rooms were quite smelly. * Facilities: The bathroom lacked a bidet or even a tabo (dipper). I had to improvise using a water bottle and disposable cups. Also, towels weren't ready in the room; we had to request them specifically. The location and staff are lovely, but the management needs to significantly step up cleanliness and ensure they comply with mandatory legal discounts for seniors.
