Aqua Resort 711 by Emerald Coast Retreats

Location, cleanliness, short walk to beach and not having to wait long at elevators

Parking garage didn’t have enough spaces for us to park 1 night.

Clean, updated, oceanview from livingroom and master suite. Located close to pier park, mall, Walmart, Winn Dixie, and restaurants

The guest room faces the city/main road. You can hear all the cars, and motorcycles that pass. Can be annoying if you're going to sleep early. The mattress in the guestroom sinks in the middle. It should be replaced.

Location and price. The fact of 2 bathrooms was a blessing. Great spot for family or couples getaway.

Whomever the owners or Aqua have cleaning the rentals, needs to be retrained on cleaning before new guests arrive. Simple things to do that were not done. We had to clean the countertops before settling in. The shower curtain in the master bathroom needed replacing badly. Mold had set in so we all had to use the same bathroom for our showers. We left a bottle of the cleaner that we used on the countertops. Cup rings and coffee marks, something sticky, maybe jelly or, I don’t know. We hope that room 711 has been thoroughly inspected and that the shower curtain has been replaced.
