Amplo espaço, limpeza boa e boa relação custo-benefício.
A casa apesar de limpa e de todas as qualidades está meio decadente, nítidamente é mal cuidada pelo proprietário, se este cuida, e/ou está mal financeiramente. Coisas (ex.: um tanque de área de serviço) jogadas na área de serviço, vidros das janelas raspados ou mal cuidados, portas que não fecham, tomadas com plug de 2 pinos (hoje antiquíssimo), aquecedor de água fazendo barulho algo e nitidamente precisando de manutenção, a cama do quarto principal tem algum desnível no colchão indicando que o mesmo está velho ou precisa de manutenção, etc.

Ótima localização, apartamento limpo, funcionários atenciosos, acomodou bem minha família de 4 pessoas, eu recomendo.
Apartamento antigo precisando de alguns reparos, nada que atrapalha-se a estadía, falta ducha higiênica em dois banheiros.
