La posizione è ottima e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Le operazioni di check-in e check-out sono immediate (keylock) e la comunicazione è con l'host è perfetta, seppur avvenga solo via Booking. Una webapp dedicata racconta l'appartamento, come si accede (video tutorial) e offre molti spunti per il soggiorno in città.
L'illuminazione della zona giorno è carente e rende l'ambiente molto cupo al calar del sole. Le placche di prese elettriche e interruttori sono ballerine e questo sembra denotare poca cura nella manutenzione dell'alloggio, oltre a risultare potenzialmente pericoloso. In generale alloggio un po' spoglio, ma questo non inficia sulla qualità della soluzione in caso di soggiorno breve.

La situation géographique du gîte.
Certains équipements sont apparemment vétustes et mériteraient d'être révisés : lavabo de la salle de bain à moitié bouché (écoulement très difficile), le volet du salon a failli se décrocher en l'ouvrant, les plaques de cuisson (vitrocéramique) ont du mal à fonctionner correctement. Absence de climatisation/canicule ou fortes chaleur. Vue (de la cuisine) sur une cour intérieure non entretenue.
