Preço muito bom para a localização que é ótima. A dona é super educada, simpática e atenciosa. O local é simples porém condizente com o preço que se paga.
Prédio meio antigo e tem uma quantidade significativa de baratas, precisa de uma dedetização.

La ubicación es excelente. La atención fué eficiente. Lugar muy seguro, tanto la zona como el edificio. El depto es silencioso. Buen precio.
Baño muy pequeño. Sábanas de mala calidad. En lugar de usar protectores de colchón, simplemente optaron por mantener los plásticos con los que vienen envueltos, lo que hace la experiencia de dormir muy incómoda. Mejorar esos detalles hubiera mejorado mucho la experiencia.
